dale: That's a nice offer but the logistics from the opposite end of the country difficult. That is a fine boat you have -- I'll take a rain (snow) check. Don't short sell the Cat-Ketch Freedom 40. I was trying to negotiate a creative trade for the Florida-based, Freedom 40 with a guy who moved to Alaska. I offered a commercial lot valued at about 60-75K that I inherited. I would not want a boat that far away during hurricane season thought he'd agree. The property is small, but only about 100 yards from the ocean at Daytona Beach. It is located on the egress road to the southern-most bridge. Kind of difficult to handle property that far away from New England. Great spot for a crematorium, hearing-aide repair center, or Internet connected coffee shoppe <ggg>. CU, Ted
