DCHT specializes in state-of-the-art products, a PEM fuel cell and sensors for hydrogen and other gases.

These are aimed at a worldwide market with sales potential estimated at approximately $2 billion per year today. The company's flagship product, the Robust Hydrogen Sensor (in production now), is aimed at an estimated $200 million market

DCHT is a leader in the gas detection, clean energy and safety industries.

Their customer list is a who's who of American Military and Industrial Supremacy,

Northrop Grumman Corporation - DCH is providing analysis and instrumentation for the study of advanced metallurgical science

Pratt & Whitney Corporation - DCH is providing a hydrogen leak detection system that may result in deployment of DCH sensors on engines throughout the aircraft operations infrastructure.

The US Naval Research Institute - DCH is providing both services and a hydrogen leak detection system.

General Motors' Delphi Automotive Systems Division - DCH is selling a hydrogen leak detection system for the study of clean energy car emissions.

Lockheed Martin Defense Systems - DCH is selling both electronic equipment and Robust Hydrogen Sensors for an evaluation program for embedded applications in military and aerospace equipment.

NASA Kennedy Space Center, Instrumentation Division - DCH is providing a hydrogen leak detection system for testing and evaluation in consideration of its application in the retrofit of several NASA systems.

Westinghouse - DCH is negotiating to provide its Robust Hydrogen Sensor for retrofitting the Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant. This program has the potential to qualify DCH hardware as the standard equipment for nuclear facility hydrogen safety retrofits worldwide.

NASA / Aerospace Corporation - The DCH Robust Hydrogen Sensor has been selected to be flight tested on the Space Shuttle in late 1998.

Power Transformer Companies - A DCH sensor system was purchased to verify its effectiveness in measuring dissolved hydrogen in transformer oil, which could open a new market for DCH equipment.

The Desert Research Institute - DCH Technology has been selected as the safety and sensor contractor for the full scale development of both remote and grid-connected renewable hydrogen utility systems.

AlliedSignal - DCH is providing the Hand Held Unit based on the Robust Hydrogen Sensor in support of the development of an advanced fuel cell, which represents a large potential business area.

DCHT is developing the PEM Fuel Cell with LOS ALAMOS NATIONAL LABORATORY

DCH will manufacture and distribute the modular fuel cell system to the following industries: aerospace, nuclear, communications, medical, personal transportation and residential power. Glenn Rambach , an internationally recognized fuel cell and energy system specialist, states "it is highly significant to have a leading hydrogen technology company like DCH enter the fuel cell arena, which could have a combined market size of $3 billion within the next five years." Community Power Corporation has already committed to purchase, deploy and logistically support the fuel cell system in emerging markets in Asia and Latin America.

DCH's proven sensing and feedback control technologies are incorporated into each stack to optimize performance and reliability. Dr. Mark Daugherty, DCH Chief Scientist, formally advanced systems project engineer at LANL, stated "compared to conventional fuel cells, DCH's modular fuel cell system provides lower cost, lower weight and less maintenance. In the near future, DCH fuel cell technology will be deployed on a worldwide basis." The industrial teammates working with DCH will be announced shortly.

LANL, an expert in fuel cell development and applied chemistry, will be performing optimization analysis, modeling and testing in support of DCH's commercialization. DCH will be demonstrating the production configuration of this Modular Fuel Cell System at the internationally attended National Hydrogen Association (NHA) Tenth Annual Meeting in Alexandria, VA.

The Fuel cell Industry is set to explode in 1999, and if it does, DCHT is there with the sensors and other technologies to capture a vast market share.

Downsides

9 million shares outstanding with 3 million in the float, no brokerage support or analyst coverage and is still a non reporting company traded on the OTC bulletin board, ( although they plan to file their form 10 this upcoming quarter.)

The company was heavily promoted in the spring and then as quickly abandoned. It is in my opinion ripe for a huge rally now that those parties that financed them in 1998 have dumped all their shares.

Many of those 144 filings have been wrongly reported as insiders when they are in fact the result of a former insider who is no longer with them, and used his 144 shares as barter. They are also from the former shell owners, their financiers, and promoters. . It appears as though those shares have now changed hands, and are now held by people who are in for the long term.

On April 7, 1999 DCHT will be unveiling their PEM Fuel Cell to the world at the 10th Annual Convention of the National Hydrogen Association. That should lead to all sorts of attention and contracts for this company that will surely take them to the next level.

The stock is grossly undervalued in my opinion, and I am very long, and very bullish on them for the long term.
