Now that's plain English!

Since my broker's actual office is only five minutes away, I guess i could hover over the public monitor for a while and then place a buy order when I saw the price I wanted.

LEAPS may not trade, but the quotes move up and down constantly. The price changed twice in less than a minute the other day when I had the broker on the phone, and I took that one.

Is it true that if there's an offer on a cheap option, the trader is expected to sell at least 10 at the asked price?
