I did, here's the comparison: BVSN: descr: personal marketing software trading range, 3 mo: 10-35 P/S: 17 Cash: 62 mil mkt cap: 787 revs: 36 mil Customers: 200+ bottom line: hot stock, but too few customers control its destiny. OMKT: descr: high-end volume trans biz trading range, 3 mo: 8-13 P/S: 7 Cash: 41 mil revs: 61 mil Customers: 600+ wild card bottom line: Vignette (I'll say it again). Vignette does the same thing as BVSN, it will go public next year. Vignette works with OMKT, competes directly against BVSN. Vignette will eat BVSN's lunch. If BVSN wins an alliance, it usually has OMKT winning with it, not the other way around. BVSN and OMKT are not direct competitors. In the truest sense, combined, they offer a complete package. Ray--I looked at BVSN awhile back--but saw too many posts about their aggressive accounting practices. I think OMKT has more upside potential, if they can pull off a decent quarter. Jan
