Chuzz,

I think you have seen by now that in spite of our disagreements, I have a tremendous respect for your technical and academic background in the market place. I never debate simply to debate. Also in spite of what some people may think, I am on this board to make money and not to just be right. I have always admitted when I am wrong or certainly overmatched technically. There is no way that anyone can prove manipulation of anything because the definition of manipulation is to work or manage artfully or by shrewd use of influence, therefore if it could be proven it would not be very artful or shrewd. So from a technical and academic standpoint I am going to concede because I feel you were right about the buying of shares on AOL for the S & P.

I still feel that when it comes to anything consisting of billions and billions of dollars there is more than meets the eye. Enjoy your posts.
