Belinda,
Selling decisions are the toughest. AOL is a Timely 100 stock in the Value Line Investment Survey. Value line is a research firm, not a tout service. They don't make recommendations on specific stocks. Some of the brightest minds on Wall Street started at Value Line. Many funds use V L as a basis for stock picking. The timely 100 list are the stocks their research indicates will out perform the market for the next 12 months and it historically out performs all the other stocks they cover. If AOL is deleted from the Timely 100 list many fund managers won't be adding to their holdings and will look closely at weather they should hold it.
Value Line is published each Friday and is available at the local library, the 100 list is on page 27. Get a copy of page 27 and use that for stock ideas, I am sure you will see many familiar names on the list.
