Brett I think we will still see 12 long before Dec 31 1999,mainly because certain FCC and Govermental AGENCY'S WILL BE ABLE TO STOP THE BABY BELLS FROM THE LONG DISTANCE MARKET FOR 1999.This as many have already seen spured more small and mid range business ventures into the IP LD market.Three to Four ISP will merge and TWO very large isp soon to be itsp will become the mama's of all ITSP's, End of advice:

Most telcos in LD will do well, the babys will stay lean but will cry a lot and do some posturing from ISP and ITSP customers.T will become a giant again in the LD and Media business by March 99 will have anounced a agreement to put voice on cable. Two very well know VOIP providers are going to hit it big and make a lot people rich before end 99 one in Feb-March other in Sept.

This will come to pass,Charles

Brett, Yes I suggested it would fall and could be bought back at cheaper prices. Message 6679342
It did. I said $.80 Ask (not $.55 as you posted) and it dropped to $.73 Bid within a week or two.

So what's your point?

After a handful of posts - I then stopped posting here. I wasn't harping on any big drop. I simply opined that the stock was too rich and could be BOUGHT LATER ON IN DECEMBER AT CHEAPER PRICES. FYI that's BULLISH, not BASHING.

I'm flattered that you made note of my prediction, (even though you got my predicted price wrong) but don't hang it up now a month later as a basher post. IN FACT - The stock DID DROP, exactly as I predicted. It STALLED and showed support right below the spot I predicted as a "buy point". The drop was over. EXCATLY as I said it would do later on in December. It then rallied. WHERE's the problem?

Perhaps you are angry beccause you acted AGAINST my predictions?!! (g)
