My friend. i was just heading out-of town for about a week on business but i will try to answer your question before i go. simply because of the EXTREME volatility of the stock price of this company i usually just go "in" and buy at the "ask" price. of course, if the "spread" is quite large then you should - NO DUH - try for a price somewhere in between the "bid" and the "ask" price. however - GOOD LUCK with actually being able to do that when you are trying to purchase the stock of this company!! however - i always do, of course, set a "cap" price on all of my trades. a "cap" price (as i am sure you probably already know ) is simply the "top" price per share that i will pay for the stock. you should ALWAYS do this no matter what companies stock you are trying to purchase. if you don't "cap" you trade and the "ask" price "spikes" way-up on you while the trade is in the process of actually being executed - IT HAPPENS - you can really get "ROYALLY-BUTT-FUC*ED" on the price per share that you end-up having to pay for the stock!! take care, my friend. God bless.
