Somewhere in all that reading I read that MUCP received
560,000 shares of AIME (at the time it was worth $8/share)
60K of it was used to retire a debt(Capitol Bay???). The rest is
still owned by MUCP. It is currently valued at 4 7/16.
I noticed that MUCP posted a .02/share PROFIT !!!! for the year
ending June 98, but a .04/share loss for the quarter ending 9/98.
Those 500K shares of AIME bottomed at 2 1/4 in mid Sept. That would account for the loss as they were acquired in May valued at $8.
All in all, the filing looks OK. No nice surprises, but no bobby traps either. 99 should be fun!
