Why $18 to $20, because of the IPO of 800-US Search?

Two other supposed IPO's are BNYN's spinoff of switchboard.com and ALU spinoff of Fragrancecounter.com.

Any thoughts on these?

Will be buying more on Monday! I like the incentive plan that is in place for the COO, based on shareholder value. Check it out in the 10-K. The bankers on this deal are crossing their t's and dotting their i's to perfection. Hope your right about $18-20.
