Yes, Bill A great post. And yes, I believe something wonderful is about to happen. This year will be very unusual for many reasons.
I won't go into it. We all can read the papers. But if FNTN was just another BB, and they were this quiet, well, it would be very bad.
But if we list what we have with this company. Hopefully that phrase that I remember from way back that goes like, "All your past investing mistakes will be worthwhile, if you learn from them, and you use them for that one good investment." My mistakes, like Bill indicated he also, was to talk myself out of an investment when all indications pointed the other direction. AOL is my Nemesis. It was growing by leaps and bounds. And had few shares outstanding. But the media, and others were continually saying it was nothing. No profits, technology would over take it, the big boys would come in and overtake it. But AOL kept reinventing itself. It all was about the idea and the management. IN FNTN we have both also. A great initial concept,
ways to expand that we cannot comprehend now, and some great minds behind it. I CANNOT get out now. If nothing happens at least I can say I did the right thing by staying in. I don't want another AOL to haunt me. I too believe that very soon they will start marketing FNTN worldwide. Very soon we will reap our harvest.

Bill:

It has been a privilege to read your post during 1998. Glad you had a good ending with some of your stock. I have held on to several small companies that are about to stir.

But the peach that I am holding is FNTN. I have accumulated a good holding and have given a gift of 4000 shrs to each of our three children. I believe the potential of FNTN is constantly increasing and the risk limited. It seems to me that it is a company that's on the cutting edge of our information age. The world is changing so quickly that it's imperative to keep informed. FNTN is in the right business, have great management and a head start on competition. I just believe there are great possibilities. To those who have the patience to hold on will have a great 1999 and future beyond.

Let me wish all a happy and prosperous new year.
