Thanks for asking that question regarding support and options. I was about to ask the same questions.

Hoping that the basis for the support does not = Pump and Dump.

From the Jan 1, 1999 Axxel Knutson's VTAR (c) Newsletter:

"Sharper Image [SHRP-11 7/8] has been acting like hell and that is exactly what we have been waiting for. This is our first mention of this company and the stock looks extremely powerful for 1999. We are hoping that the selling which has been quite vicious over the last few weeks will continue and push SHRP just under $10 and create some sort of "mini-panic" for us to buy. So here is the recommendation: Buy a little SHRP here, buy a lot on a break of $10 and buy call options on any panic selling caused by the break of $10."

Kurt-i know that most would think that such a break is negative. i just don't. I have been watching this stock for some time, never bought it and believe that it has now, finally, exhibited the power that I need according to my VTAR (c) stuff. I am hoping that if there is a break of $10 that there will be some panic...remember, I am trying to buy...why do I want my subscribers to buy high? Why would I want to buy high. IF I KNOW WHERE THIS STOCK IS GOING TO END UP, i don't have to be so silly as to be one of those whipsawed "breakout buyers."

FYI-

The Axxel Knutson's VTAR © Newsletter [Volume Trade Analysis Research] is published [free] 3/4 times a week and is given to various web sites and to individuals who request it. There are no charges. It is free. This may be an excerpt from that newsletter. If you would like the rest of the newsletter or if you would like to be put on the list, simply email me at stockopn@webspan.net; tell me your email address, the city that you live near and how you heard about it.
