Chuck,<antagonistic words as "dilution" >Additional Funding Required. The Company's business will require substantial investment on a continuing basis to finance capital expenditures and related expenses in pursuit of its business plan. Furthermore, there is no assurance that the Company will be able to generate additional capital on a timely basis and on satisfactory terms and conditions to meet its future financing needs or to expand into additional markets. In connection with the further development of the Company's business, the Company anticipates that it may need to raise additional funds through subsequent private placements which will be exempt from registration. Any such additional private placements will not require prior shareholder approval, and may be equity offerings of Common Stock or Preferred Stock convertible into Common Stock, or debt offerings of notes or debentures convertible into Common Stock.
