Dan, the only problem with these floorless is that the Streets' Wunderkids come up all the time with new innovations, here it is the 3 months period in which the company (with daily announcements of trivial orders) can bring the stock up to the ceiling, then the spiral will start. However, you never know will it get just to the ceiling, a little above or a little below.

I have no interest in this company, for the simple reason that i do not see a unique position in the market place justifying taking the "floorless" risk.

I will therefore bid you people good bye and a Happy New Year.

Zeev

Dano,

I've also seen a company taken down by floorless convertibles. But, although I've seen it happen, I have no illusion that it always happens. Also, these convertibles are in fact not floorless. They have a strike price and are therefore closer to being options.

Until the forms are filed with the SEC, it is pure speculation about any other terms of the deal. So, why are people saying "we don't know what the terms are, but, let's assume that they are detrimental to the company". C'mon, that is speculation and based on unfounded assumptions.

I've seen valid fact based information on SI the is valuable and I've also seen wanton myth-making. -N
