so I'm animated!! I was am still am not sure about the 20 day period as it pertains to S1/A. I will accept your logic, but it sounds like you don't KNOW and are guessing. I did say I "think". I did read it somewhere, honestly it didn't make sense to me when i read it. I would like a definitive answer from a more informed source than either you or I. As far as sounding like a short, I am. I happen to be long DBCC and plan on participating in the marketwatch IPO, but generally I like playing things short.
