This service says you have to buy the software for $120 - so it is essentially an initial signup fee for lifetime free service. There have been many of these outfits that have started up in the last several years. They are successful for awhile, until their new subscribers cannot sustain their upgrade requirements - then they fold or get bought.

History will show this is not a sustainable model.
