ABBEY COHEN IS BULLISH ON OIL.
She's been right all along the Bull market. Reported on NBR.

She recently added it to her 4 or 5 top sectors to outperform in 99.
that ought to get folks to bottom fish or get closer to pulling the trigger.

Don,they'll(not me) be buring up the heating oil here in the Northeast
