Oh, and to put the nail in the coffin, management (all of whom are now gone) had the nerve to reprice their options down to the converion price, so they did not get hurt. Just the shareholders. Dealing in BB stocks and microcaps can be nasty. Its a dirty little world sometimes, and unless a company's management is not only caring of the shareholders, but is BUSINESS SAVVY, the shareholders can be irreparably harmed, with no legal recourse.
