Bruce, actually there was some insider selling in the last two months, see: insidertrader.com But that is well balanced with about 450,000 plus shares bought in August/September. about 65,000 144 shares in November and 4500 144 shares in December. The optionees that left the company (which i presume Fred was referring to) will not necessarily need to file form 4, since they are no longer involved with the company and thus none of them are insiders anymore (unless they own more then 5%, I believe).
