good luck Ditchdigger, I hope you fully understand the potential implications to increasing share prices from the Dick Clark's NMF partnership, the distribution/promotion from Esposito, the fundraising from the Babe Ruth deal, the teaming with Cohesive, the pact with amplify.com, and all the many revenue generating announcements to come.

Your response was as expected and predicted and predictable... and my prior post still stands. As is typical you have refused to answer anything and only continue your repetitious posts.

There is a great old expression that fits you perfectly:
"If you can't dazzle them with brilliance... baffle them with B.S."

May I suggest that you read what you have posted carefully (especially the inaccuracies) and learn some of the rules... not only those of SI, but those of the SEC as well. This is not a threat... not my style. But as an admitted and documented momentum player, your continuous posts could certainly be construed as an attempt at stock manipulation. Good luck to you... and I suggest you reread my previous post to you again... carefully. Thank you.

Marty

And Ditchdigger I hope you understand sometimes it take sacrifices by the company to its shareholders to turn a company around as well . I believe the company has done all the right things so far to keep itself afloat and lookout for its shareholders but then again I guess you did not read the last few Prs to see how the company has been progressing and how revenues are about to start coming in sooner than you think ..

but also insult the intelligence level of the members of this thread. IMO, you probably will either ignore this post or read and respond to it selectively... the sign of the professional "basher".

I think post 13767 says it all Marty.....you spent as many people have done A LONG time contructing a well written letter, and just look at his post HE AGAIN BRING UP THE OUTSTANDING SHARES and the 144's .......as you said this is part and parcel of a basher the facts and the amount of tremendous DD is irrelavant......just bring the same info up over and over again...and of course as with NO POSITION IN THE STOCK
