Deal with whom you know. Amazon doesn't sell counterfeit goods. Last time I bought a computer from Dell it was the genuine article, configured as advertised.

Marion,

I see e-bay as another float/short squeeze problem and I do not know how to deal with it so I am just not "dealing" with it...

They issued 40 million shares (which means real insiders owning the shares) but only released 3.5 million to the public so far(as the float). This is a "float by design" stock as we all know. I do not know why the short-interest was/is so high shortly after the IPO in Sep, 98. I thought that shorting was severely restricted during the first 30 days after IPO??

Who are the designers here and what's on their drawing board??!!

However, I do think James' hedged(boxed) trading strategies will work here...the float will float, just don't know when..
