Zeev, to the extent they raise money through options exercises or selling capital equipment (as their filings say they are doing), we probably would not see the impact of these until the quarterly financial statement.

I agree that any new financing deals would have to be announced.

ZEEV: Have you found anything new on Castle Creek? FMK mentioned a while back something about them being involved with the banking industry in California FMK: could you elaborate? Also Zeev mentioned a "typical" IDB deal as including financing up to 70% of receivables. Really? could you elaborate? Thanks Michael
