Ah, to the meat of the upcomming trading action: "Of course, it's certainly possible IFLY might tank on Monday (or by Wednesday at the latest) in which case the above may be moot." Perhaps it is time for the SRCM denial trade. You know, let them shoot their wads hyping and MOing the pig and then, in the last 1/2 hour of Wednesday, deny them any glory. (By oh say 1/2 point) It will be interesting to see. Stay tuned........

Arcane: Thanks for the info. Conversion of 3.7m warrants into common @$6.25 represents significant dilution. But this is not a new information and also insiders have not reduced their holdings by a significant amount. Incremental $22m capital will keep the company debt free. P/B ratio will deteriorate, but internet companies are hardly valued by p/b ratio. Will the eps growth keep pace with the dilution? Thats the question. If the efforts like the announced website and proposed spanish website generate 50% or 100% revenue growth, then this dilution will not be noticeable. The new info. for monday is a working interactive website. What do you think this will do to stock price monday? Thanks and best regards.
