I dunno, tip, in retrospect I wish mine hadn't had Nintendo or TV. So, more power to you.

My older one is a tv and video game addict, but he is also the reader, he reads constantly, even when walking home from school.

My younger isn't particularly addicted to tv or games, and he does read every day, but mostly the comics in the newspapers, and cartoon collections.

They are downstairs playing Warhammer, which uses plastic fantasy miniatures, some kind of futuristic war game.

I grew up without TV. Are you sure you want your kids to turn out like me? <g> Seriously, though, I like what you're doing. I think it's apalling when parents bring 3 year olds to the movies.
