Laz - there have been other people touting DGIV, who are also considered to be stock "promoters" under Section 12b-2 of the Securities & Exchange Act. In addition to Liberty Capital and World Vision, I know about the following companies touting DGIV:

* Leibman & Oesch (the original promoter before Liberty, who got DGIV on the OTC BB by doing a "reverse merger" with a publicly traded "shell" company called Ouzel Acquisition Corp.)

* Stock of the Month

* Wall Street West
