You can't have it both ways AG. If the stock tanks, then the conversion doesn't take place and there is no so called earnings dillution. If the stock doesn't tank and the warrants are converted, it remains to be seen if there will be an earnings dillution. Monday is going to be volatile enough for this stock. Let's try not to make everyone reading this thread go crazy before the market opens. We got your point of view already. You think the stock sucks. Gotcha and thanks. Sergio
