LCOS - if we are going to include a portal I think we should narrow it down to one or two. I don't follow them that closely so I will stay out of it.

THDO - I like it but do they have a full year of good games coming out? That's what made THQI such a good play for so long.

IAIC,ACLY - you know I am not mad about Y2K stocks right now. I don't think they will prosper past Q1 at best.

RENT - I was in and ot over a long time. The management problems and the general failure of their business model before makes me REALLY leery now.

SMTK - don't know it

BAMM - selling books on the Net is actually not very profitable at all. Think BAMM can branch out like AMZN?

Ed, you seem to be looking for hot and trendy stocks but are they for real? Or is this just your portfolio?

Quick takes:

LCOS: well known and maybe fully valued. Who cares about the NFL hype. There are a lot of football sites. What are the financials like? Do you have some projections?

THDO: I don't like gaming companies so why is this one different.

ACLY? I don't do Y2K.

Please elaborate on SMTK. Pre-paid cellular...is there growth here? Why won't the major providers also adopt this model?

BAMM: What the hell is a millionaire's club?

Sorry to be harsh, but we need more facts.
