To all:

I have been lurking on this thread for a while & finally decided to post. This industry & especially SNMM is very exciting. I recently took a small position with an order to buy more on a small dip. Here are some comments & questions.

Net earnings for the 6 months ended 10/31/98 were $248,000 producing E.P.S. of $.01. I assume E.P.S. are based on 22.4M fully diluted shares outstanding.

I read that management forecasts $.10 E.P.S. for the year ended 4/30/99 on about $10M of net revenues. Could anyone tell me how you can get to $.10 using 10M revenue. Does the $10M include revenue from the Porn division & what percentage of the net income is coming from the porn. division. I cannot get my numbers to show $.09 per share of earnings in the next 6 months using 22.4M shares outstanding. Will earnings not be reported on a fully diluted basis? Help!

Joel K.

The Reseller concept is not a new one...it's an old online adult marketing tool.

I think World Gaming pays the webmaster 25-30% of the take depending on how much traffic they kick over. I believe that PSCK, by comparison, is offering 30% across the board.

This is inevitable; competition will increase and I wouldn't be surprised if the casinos someday kept 25% and gave the webmasters 75%!! It's just a volume game.

Doug,

In response to your questions, Partner programs vary according to specific companies and individual agreements. Generally the higher the startup cost the higher the split share for the licensee. Turn-key services provided at little or no cost to operators typically yield returns of zero to 40% with no ceilings to the vendor. Cyberoad Gaming has established maximums whereby after a certain level all proceeds go to the licensee less nominal transaction charges. Starnet licensee agreements vary also with respect to the services they license. Some opt for both the World Gaming sportsbook and casino, others may just offer the casino package. Playstar appears innovative in that they share revenues with web sites who refer traffic to their services. In effect these are partners who incur zero costs for a smaller profit share.
