roger, Anthony.

A few IFLY points.

-7/10 day warrant jack maturing. Strike $6.25, Call $10. Float: 1.35M, Warrants: 2.7 M (!) The grace period seems to end 15 days after the end of the windows. So roughly 20 days from now.

-a consultant (ZA Inc.) "creating a website for them" paid in ITM options for upto 125.000 shares. Company call/redeem right: $10. Reasoning: "renegotiated contract, cost overruns". But also cash preserving and printing stock instead of.

-lockup ends: 12-1-1999. Also an early warrant call lockup ends there.

-BFLY-alike price action: first runup, let it cool a little, then the ultimative (?) press release (31-12) and then do the blaze (Monday?)

-Meanwhile, keep it over $10 closing for 7 days in a 10-day window.

-The management seems to have not that much experience in the internet business,...

-The quarrel regarding the 1-800 number usage has never been settled? (There was an 8k and it was mentioned in a 10q too. Paid off?

Enjoy the ride, and the downhill. Another RMII/IMAL/IBUY/BFLY/,... in the making.

C.

I bought my measly 2k IFLY warrants a bit earlier but with an RMII (or AMEN performance), even more play money to sell IFLY off afterwards.
