carl, that would be a 20% drop from last q's high. it would also mean that mu loses money next q - a lot if it happens quickly.

remember, mu lost $70,000,000 last q before adding back in pre-paid taxes.

mu has money. borrowed money. mu has top spend a lot to ramp up. what happens when mu is out of their borrowed money and their debts are due? does txn own mu at that point? what about the bond holders?

while mu did a nice job avoiding near term death, their health is still in question - especially given this business doesn't kick off free cash flow...

thgat is what you are supposed to pay for when you invest in a stock...
