I wonder if Zacks would have historical data available. Actual earnings may be just as useful. I've thought about trying to use that type of data myself, but haven't pursued it because I can think of a reasonable way to structure the net.

It would be most interesting to build a net that could predict long term direction & change , or relative performance of stocks based on earnings, PE ratios, etc. but I think it would take a more open structured net than NS to work on the problem.

I think actual earnings are available from QuotesPlus, but I'm not sure how far back they have data for.
