Lou or anyone....... I will try to call the company again Monday for the following information.(no one returned my last call but I'll assume it was the holidays) Anyone have the following: 1. Real current outstanding shares(any increase in the 24 million?) 2. Float 3. Authorized shares 4. Any long term debt in the form of convertibles, rule 144, or reg S? 5. Current revenues and earnings if any 6. Any projected date to be a reporting company(I haven't heard that they report) 7. Why did the stock fall from it's 52 week high of around $1.80 8. How open is Mr. Smith and the company about releasing information I would like this basic info if anyone has it and I will try the company on Monday again. Lakers

Lou, your information is good. By working together, team work, we going to do more in few weeks than was done in the whole 1998 That buy recommendation was nothing new because the company reported the same few days before. Of course, this people must have thousands of subscribers. Also, if and only if (because we don't know by sure), they got paid, that payment was done in shares. And by now those shares are probably sold. Just keep in mind that MM's still may have some inventory of MKII, not much because we bought already many in the last week, but some. I think, as soon as we we buy the inventory will go higher much faster than now. I'm completely convinced we going to make money here. Very undervalued company. Elio
