This past Friday everyone knew that DDIM would be on CNBC to talk about YK2 and he and his MarketMaker cohorts tried to short the hell out of it. Calling a guy a jerk who is admittingly dumping huge positions of his own stock on the unwary public is an opinion that i believe is fair considering the circumstances.. You need to relax, you can PM me if you are really concerned ,It is my professional opinion that what you have posted, in connection with your activities with thinly traded Bulletin boards is inherintly illegal. It is also my opinion seeing that you are an immigrant( as were my parents ) that you may not be posting exactly what you mean to say.. taking that into consideration, i'll give you the benefit of the doubt and I am open to a private dialougue about what you are trying to tell the other memebers of SI.. As far as your comments that I create fear, well that maybe true but if you or anyone else posts messages that intentionally hurts others than you should be afraid.. You should be afraid because we live in litigious world and , my only interest is in seeing the average guy get a fair shot at not falling victim to those who have market savy & get taken for a ride and dumped into the river. So take a breather and PM me and we can discuss this in private or if you prefer we can keep it open in the public..But keep in mind any public posts you make are considered as published and public domain.. They can be used aginst you, me or anyone else...Your choice..
