I've been watching them with interest also, but had a similar experience w their Q-talk service which was hawked on a postcard I got. I signed up and made 2-3 calls before the password failed. Called customer service 4x over the next 4 weeks or so, with hold times around 10 mins. during which I was subjected to obnoxious marketing spiels about the "great quality," and never got it fixed despite multiple promises. Quit the service. Sound quality was worst long distance I've ever had, with bad echoes, despite their claims of great sound. They've got a great concept but needs work.

Interesting. You should send this information to their marketing people. I will see if I can get an email for you from friends that work there. They should know these things.

By the way, they are not into local calls or short long distance yet. As for the ISP was that with Netscape?
