To answer people's questions, LCSG will become closer to getting on NASDAQ by this transaction because SRAD is already a fully reporting company, making all 10Q, 10K and other filings with the SEC, which are necessary for getting on the NASDAQ. Secondly, I wouldn't be that worried about SRAD, because LCSG will know own the majority of shares in SRAD and effectively control the company. So while SRAD acquired LCSG assets for the purpose of getting the benfit of the "reporting company", the real effect seems to be LCSG aquiring SRAD.
