Well, we all know that the success of CSCO is the result of years of hard working of all employee. If I was the CEO of CSCO , I will serve food at least once a month in the company's cafeteria. The CEO alone can't build a successful Csco and I will double the stock option of all employee . Employee built CSCO, and they should all be rewarded, and the credit should not go to the CEO alone. Unfortunately the CEOs in the industry are most likely just too greedy and selfish.
