Jim, if you had to pick only one or two favorite investments in the mining and steel industries, what would they be? (I have zero exposure to these markets <g>)

If copper does well so will the economy of Chile. The Chile fund has its predominant sectors as telecom and utilities and has a nice discount to NAV. The Chilean people are investing for their retirement in the stock market. I am considering dollar cost averaging into this closed end fund to diversify away from U.S market. Comments anyone?
