Hello. My name is E'Lane and I "tout" DGIV. I have not been compensated for those efforts...yet! <g>

Touting DGIV?? Guilty! Only compensation I will get is the sweet smell of capital gains burning a hole in my portfolio!

Thanks Laz for taking the time and energy out of your holiday weekend to answer that all important question for Paul. As Rob pointed out, I am sure it was just an oversight that Paul failed to show his gratitude to you for asking his question for him. He is right there in town, and a local phone call away, yet he asked you to get these answers. Whataguy!

Enjoy your camping trip with your sons this weekend. I think the next "visit report" can easily wait till Monday. Have a great weekend! Don't let the racoons steal those marshmellows!

E'Lane

[Do you have to be paid to be a "promoter?"]

I will have to do some legal research on the relevant laws and past cases to determine the exactly what being a "stock promoter" entails and get back to you on this. I know that if a company gives you cash or shares to push a stock, you are considered to be a "promoter".

[Are you saying that Wall Street West and Stock of the Month were paid by DGIV to "tout" DGIV stock?]

Since there are no recent SEC filings from Digitcom, the nature of how Wall Street West and Stock of the Month came to be promoting DGIV remains unclear.
