Hi everyone. Some insite requested from this thread.

I am considering moving some funds in MSFT, but I've thought this ten times before over the last 10 years. I always invested in others, and while some took off, I always look back to what I could have done for a solid investment, each year.

With a PE ratio of 50+, and possible DOJ issue, (or at least the threat of it), do you really think this stock will continue to climb?

I mean, consider this.

Software is today a been there done that thing. So you add another 1000 features to Word, which already does 10000 more than you need.

People are holding off on CE adoption thus far, Linix is growing, (in the press at least), and Win2000 promised to be held at the corporate IS department for 1-2 years after introduction, as they have enough to tackle.

With this thought, what are the reasonable predictions for MSFT in 1999, 2000 and 2001 in stock.

I'd like to hear your thoughts. Private ones too if you like.

Thanks everyone.

Yeah I know that 2000 is included as part of this millennium but the number 2000 just looks better in the other millennium than this one.
