Omega Research Announces
Expanded Customer Service Hours In Anticipation Of
Release Of Next Generation Of Products

MIAMI, Jan. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Omega Research (Nasdaq: OMGA - news) announced today
that, in anticipation of the expected release this quarter of the next generation of its premium
products, TradeStation® 2000, OptionStation® 2000 and Omega Research ProSuiteā„¢ 2000 (an
integration of TradeStation and OptionStation), telephonic and E-mail technical support hours have
been extended for all real-time product customers. The new hours are 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.,
eastern time, Monday through Friday (except holidays). In order to address anticipated increased
demand for the products, the Company expects to maintain this schedule for the foreseeable future.
