Borzou, I've been wondering if it is indeed true that the Senate can only consider the articles that were approved by the House. I've assumed this to be the case, but I don't actually know. Any input?

Regards,

BLT

Happy New Year BD. BTW, thank you for the copies of your publication. I really enjoyed them and I plan to subscribe if you will sell a subscription to a "rabid right winger" like myself.

As to Clinton's perjury, in my analysis, his grand jury testimony incorporated much of his Lewinski deposition by reference and hence the misguided thought that because an article was not passed on the Lewinski depo that somehow spells trouble for the perjury case is of course fallacious. It may make it more difficult a case but only incrementally so. I'd have to go back and read the testimony again line by line (and will do so) to give you the exact statements I believe are patently perjurious. JLA

Borzou, I think there was some incredulous comment that he did not remember ever being alone with Monica. Oh yeah, he did not remember?
