The only news I saw today on IBM were positive comments in CBS Marketwatch about increasing earnings and M/L analyst raising his 12 mo target on Big Blue to 226 but the stock got as low as 181 1/2. It looked like IBM was closely following the DJ chart pattern for the day. Anybody hear or see anything else that might account for the stock performance. Also for Arrow Hd or anyone else; Any thoughts about EDS winning the Connecticut state outsourcing deal (supposedly the first big state outsourcing deal with more expected)? This one is in IBM's backyard and should have been a win for IBM. Kind of worrying; Connecticut is a long way from Texas. Regards, Don
