Don't forget to mention any of the worst case scenarios that were brought up. That is the real sobering part of the report.

Also, the $7.5 to 8.0 million in licensing fees/royalties will continue for at least 8 quarters as stated by Dr. Harari during the last conference call.

The controller technology is part of the basis for suit against Lexar. I think that the self-checking "scandisk" function may be key to the case. Also, the "look and feel" of a CF card, its actually assembly of parts into a unique product, will likely be defended. (Sort of like Apple's original argument about their GUI. Hopefully the results of SNDK's suit will be better!!!)

I think it would be fair game to call IR and ask about the marketing arrangements with Seagate beginning this year. Do people believe this relates to the solid state drives or removable memory?
