Slaffe, I posted what i thought where the most relevant points to TSIG at this time from Mr Magaziner speech. I feel for the most part that i can see the vast opportunities that this company have open to in the very short term (6-12 months) little lone the mid to long term which i haven't really thought a great deal about. I am waiting to see how the companies positions itself in the next few months which will determine if i invest a larger amount of money in this stock; i mean if they successfully announce just 1/4 of what has been in some commented about in the time frame mentioned there is a grand possibility that this could be solid stock that could be a $xx.xx stock in the coming year or two, but right now i am going to allow TSIG show me why i should be investing for the long term. I am more than impressed with the way this company seem to be positioning themselves in there market(s), but i also realise this is the BB market and their are forces (both good and bad) that new companies must confront outside of the day to day business they are involved in. My only concern is wanting to get a concrete count of the companies share breakdown as of Jan 1, 1999. I will attempt to contact the TA myself, but if some else stateside would do it before me i would greatly appreciate if they would post an official number for everyone to have on record, even better if someone has a breakdown they can post right now ?. As of May 1998 it was: Outstanding: 53,377,738 Publicly Held: 33,600,000 What are the authorized ? Anyone ? I usually like to keep a bi-monthly updated record on most companies are am planning to hold as an longer term investment if you will. Cheers Jay
