A question not having to do with dilution!
I found the ad in Rolling STone. I think the ad is great and happens to be in a great spot. I just opened my mag. and it immediately went to that page. In my mag, there is a large cardboard insert on that page, which fortuitously caused the mag. to open to that page. I like that fortuitous stuff. Now, does anybody know the circulation of RS? If TSIG did a marketing study before placing the ad, which I am not aware, were there any forward looking statements as to business resulting from the ad? Finally, is this the only appearance we will have or is this ad going to continue in each issue?

Regards,

Phil

Thread members, remember how long we waited for news of the private placement financing? Which scenario do you think most closely reflects reality? Scenario A: Robert Gordon, desperately short of cash, turned over every stone in his attempt to find money to keep the company afloat. At the proverbial stroke before midnight, he makes a deal with some underworld outfit who are going on a short-selling spree in order to drive the stock price into the ground thus receiving an incredibly inflated number of shares. OR Scenario B: Robert Gordon, badly needing cash to fund phone center improvements, attract new management, and develop a web site, knew he would not be able to obtain conventional financing. He negotiated a convertible debenture with a group he trusts NOT to sell the stock short. As added insurance, he delayed the deal to a time when many new, bullish announcements are about to be made which will drive the stock price up, thus limiting share dilution. Your thoughts? Regards, Suzanne
