<<My only concern is that young buyers can be very faddish.>>

gerhart...For one thing these teenagers are not the ones paying the bill...Their parents also use the Internet.

EXAMPLE--I called a professional Financial Advisor association recently and asked them to give me a list of Fee-Only Financial Advisors (they sell no products, only advice)...They told me they would e-mail me a list of all their Association members in my state (Washington) and Oregon...Within a day or two I got a lengthy list e-mailed to me...As I scrolled through their names, cities they were doing business in, etc. I began to notice something interesting about their e-mail addresses....MORE THAN 50% of them use AOL as their e-mail center...Professionals, not kids.

That was my first Realization AOL was most definately an Adult's Internet company, as well as for the whole family.

Regards, George

Mike,
Hi!
I just read your latest post...nice job!! Agree totally with "buy what the young are buying"....very true. I know first-hand from my three sons that this internet is "The Bomb"!!! I could easily use two more new computers with internet access to keep the diverse interests in this house happy.
I think AOL is one of the "must own" stocks for '99....especially with it's inclusion in the S&P 500... like with any of these "monster stocks"...the best way to play it, for us little guys, is to "buy and hold" for at least one year... like with DELL...we will be richly rewarded!!!
I've spent most of my vacation on this %$#@ internet...its down right addicting!!!!
Best,
Steve
