NT... nothing personal and I know that you are only the messenger... however... let's be realistic here....<< In spite of the fact that EDII ballyhooed the hiring of an auditor, the financial results for the quarter ending September 30 are listed as unaudited. This most likely means that the auditor would not agree with the company figures. >> MONTHS while we patiently waited for the audited financials ... we heard excuse after excuse... the lawyer got in an accident, the auditor was inexperienced and a new one was assigned the case, that Danny and BDO had a conference call into the SEC to clear up issues, it's due any day now, it's at the printers, it's really due this time... did I forget any? AUDITED financials... then to see the mess and palm greasing... what a display.... no wonder they delayed it for as long as they did.... and good numbers?...for whom?.. not the shareholder.... rather the insiders!!! I am not pleased that there is incomplete data in this published financial. However, I have seen enough to conclude that I don't like the direction this is headed, with all the wonderful loop holes left unanswered. RED ... the types of things I read in this financial are the SAME things that janice, jhild and jmt kept pointing out that Danny has done in the past... guess it's really true... a leopard doesn't change it's spots, only it's prey.... and I don't care to be gnawed on any longer.
