Maak, HDTV won't be commonplace for at least 2-3 years. And when I say "commonplace" I mean in about 10% of homes.

Right now its a super high end product and you can only even "use it" for 2-3 hours in a few major cities. (like some stations in big cities run HDTV programming from 8 to 11 on certain nights)

Cost of TVs have to come down and then the cable companies and big networks have to agree to start using it regularly before it becomes any sort of factor.

Id you want a hot trend for this year look for DVDs to be hot.
