Haim,

The SCY ratio is where it was at the end of June 1998. With February being a sometimes weak month (I rmember back in '94...) the end of Jan COULD be THE peak. ( DOW 10,400... remember?) Also, unless the Barron's figures are REALLY screwed up, my guess is the index put to equity call ratio is one of the highest since our last major crash. And forecasts for next year show advisors 80% bullish vs 20% bearish and the most recent Market Watch shows the great majority are bullish. And with the LNHNL (lesser of New Highs and New Lows) regularly over 50, this is not a market with it's head together. At least not yet. And when it DOES get it together, the direction may well be DOWN!!!!!

Bill
