Sometimes you seem to be a sophisticated investor, and other times you amaze me with your foolish questions and observations.

Your comments regarding 10,000,000 authorized shares of preferred EDII is amazing. Many companies authorize Preferred shares, ready to be issued in the event that a potential acquisition requires the issuance of Preferred shares. For you to criticize this is absurd.

Further, your mention that Dror reverse-split a stock after MCTL issued preferred is even more absurd. I checked with MCTL, and the reason for the reverse split of MCTL was due to the NASDAQ requirement that share prices must trade above $1 or else be delisted.

OTCBB does not require the same. On checking with management of American International, there is no intention or plan to reverse-split the stock.
